Session Cancellation and Breach
In the event that the Client breaches, repudiates, or cancels a photography session or contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Alter Ego Boudoir to offset loss of business. In all circumstances, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
Orders, Changes, and Cancellations
All orders for photographic images and products, including but not limited to digital images and photographic albums, are considered final once placed. Orders cannot be downgraded, changed, or canceled for any reason.
Payment in full, or the first payment under an approved payment plan, is due at the time the order is placed. Once images are selected or submitted, the order is considered in production. Due to the custom nature of these products, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after an order is placed.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery of products. If payments become 60 days past due, the order will be considered in default and legal action will be taken. No exceptions apply.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for sessions, images, or products under any circumstances.

Alter Ego Boudoir does not share client personal information with third parties.
Image Use and Model Release
The Model Release is included within the session contract. Clients may choose to either grant permission for their images to be used for public purposes, including website display, marketing materials, and sample albums, or decline the release to keep images completely private. Clients wishing to keep their images private must notify Alter Ego Boudoir, and this preference will be fully respected.
Photographic Prints and Albums
Orders for photographic prints, including albums, are final and cannot be canceled. For album orders, an album proof showing the layout will be provided for client review and approval prior to production.
Payment Terms
Full payment for the photography session is due upon execution of the agreement. Full payment for photographic prints is due when the print order is placed.
Alter Ego Boudoir may allow partial deferment or installment payments at its discretion. Participation in a payment plan does not relieve the Client of the obligation to pay the full amount due. Failure to remit timely payments will result in termination of Alter Ego Boudoir’s obligations and may result in legal action. All payments are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
In-house payment plans require a minimum down payment of $200 at the time of order, with the remaining balance divided into up to 12 monthly auto-drafted payments.
A $40 NSF fee applies to any failed payment. Late payments incur a $5 per day late fee. Orders that become 60 days past due are considered in default and subject to legal action.

Third-party financing may be available through PayPal Credit or Square Installments. Approval is not guaranteed and must be completed before or at the image debut.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, with venue in Macomb County.
By booking a session or placing an order with Alter Ego Boudoir, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
